Kendall: We have Margie from the Unashamed Mama. This spicy vixen is going to introduce herself and join us today and we're going to talk so many juicy and amazing things. So Margie, thank you so much for joining us today.
Margie: Thank you so much. I'm so honored to be here and yes, I'm totally feeling the vixen vibes. I have just freshly dyed my hair with a nice juicy red so I'm hoping our conversation is just as juicy.
Kendall: Tell us all about you and how you show up in the world and what your mission is.
Margie: My mission is I work with mothers primarily as a birth doula and it's a virtual service that I offer and often I get asked, like, you know, you don't do in-person, you only do virtual and really that comes from me wanting every mama to recognize that her power lies within that. I am happy to guide. I love being able to help mothers get in tune with what's lying inside of...
Kendall: I am so honored to introduce you today to my Harry Trotter, and I will have him introduce himself and tell all about where he comes from and what his journey is. And Harry and I first connected on Instagram a couple of years ago, actually. And we have just had a really loving relationship from afar, where we tune into each other's pages and cycles and world and whatever's happening. And so I'm so excited to actually dive in and have a conversation face-to-face with you. So welcome, Harry.
Harry: Thank you so much for inviting me. I'm very happy to be here.
Kendall: Harry is an author, a speaker, a mentor in lots of ways. And so I'm so excited to really get naked and have a super vulnerable conversation and we'll dive into all the different areas. So tell us a little bit about what your mission is and how you shine your light on the planet, um, and how you show up in the world.
Harry: My mission is based on firstly...
Kendall: I'm so excited to introduce you to today's guest Kelcy Valletta. Kelcy is the founder of the Find Your Sexy. She is a certified self-love and sexy coach, which how amazing is that and the host of the finder sexy podcast. Let's jump right in. Tell us a little bit about you and how you show up and shine your light on the planet.
Kelcy: Just a quick little backstory. I, since the time I was a little girl, I wanted to be an actor and it was my only plan in life. It was plan a, I didn't have a plan B. I went to film school. I was like, I'm going to work in this industry. Move to LA, did the whole thing. And you know, as I was changing and growing, as you do as a young woman in my early twenties, I kind of just realized that that life didn't fulfill me anymore. I felt like I had to live inside this box that Hollywood needed me to stay in, in order to have a career. I really didn't like...
Kendall: I am so excited to introduce you to Elisa Valdes, the founder of Goddus Rising. Without further ado, I would love to just dive in and start to you share a little bit about who you are and how you shine your light on the planet.
Elisa: I am the owner founder of goddess rising. My business, is really my movement. It's spelled G O D D U S as in us goddesses. We rise together. I's all about tapping into your feminine divinity, your sensuality, your sexuality. My photo shoot sessions are not just your typical photoshoots. They are a self identity and self-awareness, conscious therapeutic investments. I very much love working with all different types of women. I don't believe in Photoshop. I believe that we show up as our most authentic selves and, allow our inner being in our inner goddess to shine bright because we are, we all are, and we all need to rise together.
Kendall: Tell me how...
Kendall: Another episode of Soul Saturations, the podcast we are getting ready to close up our four part series with Dr. Matthew Zanis
Matt: I think we both needed to realize not only the gifts that we have as individuals, but the gift of our relationship and what we have together. And that would not have been possible without hitting some level of rock bottom
Kendall: Well, and I think that's when we get into these dark nights of the soul, right. Where we feel like, how am I going to get out of this? I think when we are in that point of low, it does, it, it literally pulls us all the way down into the ground to say, how am I going to survive? And that's where we get to make a choice and how we rise above it and how we move forward, um, after some of those experiences. I know for me, it was definitely that catalyst that I needed, the hurt, the pain, the fear, the worry, all of that really was the catalyst to, as you...
Kendall: There's always an opportunity for us to get back to basics, to like reset refocus. In the month of December, that was really when I poured into my own kind of perspectives of what, what, what do we need, what do I want, what would I want for this? That was the birth of a new coaching program for something that I want to roll out with Soul Saturations called Priority Partnership because I truly believe that if we can put the priority into our partnership, our partners, our love, our relationships, then we have the support system to be able to show up and do everything else that we want in life. That was absolute opposite of what was happening in our world. That was one of those kind of silver linings was I was able to get really crystal clear on what we needed and what we want and at least what I needed and wanted at that time. At this point, you weren't really into it. Priorities. I think we're aligned a little bit of a different...
Kendall: We are tuning back in with Dr. Matthew Zanis. As we start to look at this part of our journey, we're looking at the humanity of it. You know, I think we're all human. We all have moments in life that test us and challenge us and make us who we are today. It is absolutely no surprise that there is a lot of intensity on the planet and there has been for the last year. Just to start off with a reminder that everything that's happening for you is exactly perfect for you, where you are on your journey is exactly where you're meant to be. And all of these experiences that show up for you or giving you a window into your own growth, your own evolution, and it's your curriculum that you're meant to move through. And so I think we talk a lot about lessons that we were, we have learned over the last year together. And I think that without these lessons, without this journey, we wouldn't be sitting where...
Kendall: Today I get to introduce you to my lovely partner in crime, Dr. Matthew, Janice. Today, we decided to sit down and record this podcast, to share a little bit about our journey and where it started. And we are going to really focus the month of February on this idea of love, because why not? It's Valentine's day, it's February. Everybody's talking about love and relationships and, you know, hot date nights and all of the sex and all sorts of great things. So we decided to share our journey and our story of just kind of where we are or how we got to where we are right here in this present moment, which started nothing less of a giggle Fest.
We're going to take it laid back and kind of start to share where Matt and I met and where we really started our journey because even though as most of you know, who've been following along and listening to our journey, even though Matthew and I closed our container at the end of 2020, it...
Kendall: I am so excited to introduce you today to my new friend, Vanessa. She is the founder of Pleasure Exploration, and we have connected as just two really super passionate advocates for sexuality and we're just going to have a really super juicy conversation. This is an opportunity for us to get together so welcome, Vanessa.
Vanessa: Thank you for allowing me in your space and I've just been, so looking forward to this and really excited to get to know you better.
Kendall: Let's just jump right in. Tell us a little bit about you and how you show up in the world and what is your mission with pleasure exploration?
Vanessa: I want to start off that, you know, being forced in lockdown, quarantine back in San Francisco, you know, I had all this time on my hands being able to work. Full-time remotely said, you know what? This is now or never to really dive into the work that I really truly care...
