We get to design the structure in a way that serves you best for the 3-month container. (*note: we will account for travel and extend accordingly)
Consistency is key. This type of high-touch 1:1 container is about diving deep into what's alive for you, moment to moment.
Components should include: Regular Teaching and Coaching Calls - ranging from 30 mins to 90 mins, once or twice a week with space for integration. Voice Memos, Video and Text check-ins to share what's alive moment to moment both wins and challenges. Practice calls- at least twice a month practice calls to align with your coaching and integration. Regular Homework / Integration assignments. Special offer group practice calls with other women from my 1:1 coaching on availability.
You decide how much time and energy you want to invest for the money you are investing, and I guide you along the journey.
CONTENT
What we will dive into depends upon where you want to go. Our coaching and teaching calls can take you to your edges and explore your curiosity.

1:1 Coaching is the most high-touch, intimate container I offer. I offer full access to my heart, wisdom, practice, guidance and support to hold you to only the highest and greatest good for your purpose, intentions and desired impact in the world. I show up in my fullness to serve you in devotion to love and to activate the light within.
I expect you to treat this container with reverence and show up in devotion to your heart, bring what's true, and open even when it's uncomfortable.
The exchange for 3 months is $4,500 and there are options for monthly payments, once a payment plan is initiated, it can not be modified or cancelled. (If you desire a payment structure for every 2 weeks, let me know.) I want you to be a full-body fuck-yes to confirm!

practice: divine desperation
The focus of this practice is about connecting to the divine desperation of our desires.
Before you begin this practice, explore what desperation feels like in your body… When have you been desperate for love, desperate to been seen, desperate to be met, desperate to be fucked. Where can you find the pulse of your desire in your body through the texture of desperation. How can you allow this desperation to be an access point to your desire as an offering to the divine.
