Honoring the Humanness

This episode is... well.... messy AF and human AF.
Our lives for the last (over) 2 weeks have been turned upside down. Our emotional support spirit guide dog, Lily has been diagnosed with Endocarditis on her Mitral valve of her heart. So I’ve been honoring my humanness.
[At the time this episode is releasing, we've officially upgraded Lily to Spirit Guide Dog. While our hearts are heavy, we are so grateful for the beautiful life we shared with her. RIP OGLP]
(Not exactly what I would have expected for a 1 year podcast celebration and birthday week podcast release…. but hey… I’m human.)
I also share how the theme of honoring our humanness has been coming up for my clients.
When we choose our partners, we choose to do the deepest work of our lives. We choose to heal childhood trauma. We choose to see all the work we have left to do.
You know that, “I thought I healed this already… welp, guess not!!” kinda vibe.
Sometimes, we just need to sit in our shit and feel, baby. Because then, when we get quiet, we hear the soul whispers that show us why the F we decided to sign up for this whole human thing in the first place.
This last year of Soul Saturations, The Podcast has been such a beautiful reminder of all of this. Thank you. In such deep gratitude, thank you. Thank you for witnessing as I’ve sat in my shit and shined my light.
This makes serving in this human realm SO. DAMN. WORTH. IT.
